????????
Busy Busy semester ends finally. It has been a very busy sem for me when compared to other semesters. I didn't get a chance to blog since a month because of my damn busy schedule. There have been many issues and hot topics in the mean while. There have been hot topics about a new political party, rumours of having elections in march and the tragic Nilofer hospital issue.
Since 2 weeks every part of the paper has the same topic about the film star's party.Though there have been important topics in the world but the spicy issue is this.Sometimes media behaves strange. Just to attract the people they give wild importance to unnecessary topics. They are the means on whom people rely most. Sometimes people follow them blindly... whatever it is right or wrong. In such cases if they mislead with any sort of information what is the effect?
I saw an article in one of the websites about the importance of the new political party.I saw the pros and cons about this. In their perspective the present politics need a change which is absolutely right. There have been a good criticism about the present ruling and opposition parties. And at the same time there is a place for Loksatta. But it seems to be idiotic the way they reasoned . I am not a person who hates the idea of having new party. At the same time I don't say to support LOKSATTA. But I felt bad when I read some things about Dr. Jaya Prakash Narayan, a person who resigned from public services and started a struggle for achieving a perfect governance. I was amazed when they questioned his dedication.
The critics view is that Dr. JP has no correct view about the present situations. I was quiet amazed to see this .Education plays a key role for an idealistic politician. Is Dr.JP illiterate????? Public associativity is another aspect. In such case where has gone Mr.JP's 16 years of public service. And they say now the new party is forming with new ideals which can bring a good amount of change from the present scenario. Is LOKSATTA a non-partisan movement for democratic reforms which has been working since 10 years not having these? Hmmmmmmm may be those critics know better answers.
