A prestigious award for an INDIAN .....Awarded for the highest degrees of national service. I think this is the award one can achieve in their life time, for their extraordinary services in any of their respective fields. Till date, all the people who received this award have dedicated their entire life for success and achievement in their respective fields. And now the race has started again with new nominees. But to my surprise(horror :P)I found MR.Lalu Prasad Yadav in the race. It seems that he must be awarded with this distinguished title for his extraordinary services to RAILWAYS. Railways was a loss making organisation before his appointment as minister and now it is credited with Profit making organisation. Well partly this is true. One more criminal(Harish Rajput) sentenced to death by the court for his brutal crime(rape and murder of a ten year old school girl). This may not be a good judgement when we start seeing it from one side of a coin. But this seems to be a perfect punishment for the people who commit crimes like rapes and murders. Now again human rights comes in to the picture saying -Life is valuable and no one has right to end it. If so who gave the right to that person for ending the life of a small girl. When Dhanjay Chatterjee was sentenced to death some of the organisations started focusing on some other things like 'Family' indicating he is the only son, backward person etc,etc., But what happened to the girl's family? In what state they have been after loosing their little kid? How much pain and agony the child must have experienced before dying? Justice must be done to her family also. Busy Busy semester ends finally. It has been a very busy sem for me when compared to other semesters. I didn't get a chance to blog since a month because of my damn busy schedule.There have been many issues and hot topics in the mean while. There have been hot topics about a new political party, rumours of having elections in march and the tragic Nilofer hospital issue. Since 2 weeks every part of the paper has the same topic about the film star's party.Though there have been important topics in the world but the spicy issue is this.Sometimes media behaves strange. Just to attract the people they give wild importance to unnecessary topics. They are the means on whom people rely most. Sometimes people follow them blindly... whatever it is right or wrong. It has been a memorable birthday(23rd) for me. We had Diwali celebrations on the same day. It had been a DOUBLE DHAMAKA for me. We decided to perform just 3 days before, so we were continuously practising on Nov 2nd night also. Just before the clock stuck 12 we returned home. Then began the celebrations and other stuff. To my luck I have escaped the mess on my b'day because of dance. So returned to the practice without that. But I am still in the fear of abhishekam .....'WHEN WILL THESE GIRLS ATTACK ME?' Practiced till 5AM.....returned home and slept for some time.....and again practice. Finally in the evening performance ended up with lots of applause. Result was good than the expectations :). Enjoyed the remaining performances (especially skit) and food. Returned home late night and finally concluded the B'day with chit chat. Had an awesome birthday. Whenever I am asked about my role model I get confused.I have the feeling that no person is perfect in this world. So I used to point out their qualities instead referring to them in person. Because even people like Gandhiji also have some drawbacks. But I feel the only person with out any flaws is MOTHER. She is the person whose love is incomparable to anyone. Relationship of mother with the child is the best thing with out any selfishness. Motherhood is the best part of a woman's life. I am very grateful to this person in my life. She is the one behind my success in every step of my life. I may yell at her or care about her or help her or other. Whatever may be the only reason behind everything is she is the closest person for me in this world. She saw best and worst parts of life. But in every phase I saw her audacity. Born as a human being we have different relationships right from our birth. In this journey of life friends are people who join us at different stations. They develop a special bond with us. We have different type of friends at different stages of our life. Right from our child hood days we share our secrets… help them….. get their support. ….they take a special position in our heart. At each stage of our life persons may differ but the reason behind these relationships is FRIENDSHIP. After my TENTH standard I felt bad and thought I may not get good friends like them again. I was left with same feeling after INTERMEDIATE and Engineering. But always I am blessed with best friends in each step of my life. And now in my masters also I am not left alone. I have been idle in my blog since a long time. We went on a short trip to Cincinnati.Later I have been busy with my home works, then came the deadly midterm. So completely in a busy schedule for 2 weeks. Later my laziness occupied the seat. I have my other subject works and some small tasks to be completed. I even thought of writing a topic in the blog. But I was damn lazy and didn't complete a single task after the exam on Monday. Then came the Friday and I have finally decided to work at least during the weekend.But my plans were ruined by our apartment staff. They have asked us to pack the whole stuff from the house as they want to spray the roach killer. Finally we need to mess the whole weekend and I didn't complete my work. Even monday and today also we are cleaning and washing everything. So I have stacks and stacks of work to be completed and I don't know when I will make it up.
